International Orders

Monarch Rope welcomes international orders. We currently use UPS DHL USPS and FedEx for international shipping. Each order will be handled individually. Contact us by phone or e-mail to place international orders.

Monarch Rope Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with any product you have purchased from Monarch Rope. Simply request a return authorization within thirty (30) days from the invoice date and we will issue you a full credit towards a replacement product. We will ship your replacement immediately.

Instructions for Returning Gear

Request a return authorization (RA) from us by email or phone.

  1. Please give us your invoice number, product you are returning, and reason for return. Request a replacement as appropriate.
  2. Collect all original packaging and components and ship to Monarch Rope. Please write your RA# on the shipping label and attach a copy of your invoice.
  3. If your return is due to our error or a quality defect, we will send you a prepaid shipping label and ship your replacement at no charge.


Not all the items we carry are displayed. We carry a wide range of climbing and rope access equipment. Please contact us if you’re looking for an item that may not be listed in our store.

All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. We do our best to keep the information we provide current and accurate. We are always updating the website. Sometimes technical errors may occur and we may need to cancel an order from time to time if there was a steep price discrepency from a clerical error.

Back-orders and shipping

Products in stock will ship within 24 hours on business days. If your order includes any products out of stock, we will notify you of the expected ship date. Unless otherwise requested, the products in stock will ship immediately and the back ordered items will be shipped as they become available. You may receive multiple invoices because you will not be charged any products until they are shipped. Please report any damage incurred in transit and incorrect or missing items to Monarch Rope within 8 business days of receipt.

Work at height requires proper training, appropriate supervision, routine inspection, and maintenance of equipment. The user assumes all risks and liabilities associated with the use of this equipment. Monarch Rope is not liable for any damages, including personal injury, fatality, or losses of any kind resulting from the use of the equipment purchased from Monarch Rope.
