Orders and shipping

All online orders ship same or next business day unless noted on the item description page. If there is any reason or error on our part your order will not ship immediately we'll notify you. Please report any damage incurred in transit, incorrect or missing items pertaining to your order to us within 8 business days of receipt. We do our best to keep our prices up to date on the website although discrepancies still happen. We reserve the write to cancel orders anytime before shipping for price or inventory errors on our part. 


Not all the items we carry are displayed. We carry a wide range of professional climbing and rescue equipment. Please contact us if you’re looking for an item that may not be listed on our website.

International Orders

Monarch Rope currently does not take international online orders. Feel free to send RFQ's to

Monarch Rope Return Policy

We will accept returns on unused equipment with all original packaging and labels, or an exchange for any faulty equipment within 30 days of delivery. 

Instructions for Returning Gear

Request a return authorization (RA) from us by email or phone.

  1. Please give us your order number, product you are returning, and reason for return. Request a replacement as appropriate.                        

  2. Collect all original packaging and components and ship to Monarch Rope. Please write your RA# on the shipping label. If your return is due to our error or a quality defect, we will send you a prepaid shipping label and ship your replacement at no charge.
